– معركة إدلب هي المعركة الوحيدة في المنطقة كلها التي يمكن فيها تعديل التموضع الجغرافي للقوى المتقابلة، والحرب الدائرة بين حلفين كبيرين لا يمكن فصل معاركها بعضها عن البعض الآخر. فموازين القوى كالأواني المتصلة تؤثر وتتأثر ببعضها، وانخفاض منسوب في وعاء ينعكس ارتفاع منسوب في وعاء مقابل، وفي ظل الجمود الذي يعيشه الوضع في الخليج، بينما في سورية انتهت أغلب الملفات المفتوحة على تغيير في الجعرافيا، والغارات الإسرائيلية تعجز عن موازنة تأثير غارات أنصار الله في الخليج، بينما في إدلب تبدو خطة محور المقاومة بدفع المبادرة الروسية حتى مداها نحو إحراج الجانب التركي على طريقة تكرار سيناريو حلب قابلة للنجاح ومفتوحة على فرصة تغيير في الجغرافيا.
– بعد أسابيع أو شهور قليلة سيكون الوضع في إدلب قد حسم لصالح سيطرة الجيش السوري، وسيكون مستقبل الوجود الأميركي والكانتون الكردي على المشرحة دون فرص للمقايضة كان يرغب بها الأميركيون مقابل الوجود الإيراني، ما يعني تقدم سورية في الصراع الإيراني الأميركي على الخليج، والحاجة لتبادل أوراق القوة من الخليج إلى سورية وجوارها في لعبة الضغط والمقايضات، وفي ظل انسداد الأفق أمام تحقيق أي مكاسب من مواجهة في اليمن أو عبر الخليج مع إيران، تتجه الإمارات والسعودية للتبريد هناك، والتسخين حيث يمكن التأثير في الساحة الأشد عرضة للتغيير، ويبدو الطلب الأميركي على فرص إشغال محور المقاومة في سورية ومحيطها متقدماً على أي فرص لتأدية أدوار مفيدة في ساحات أخرى، والإشغال غير الممكن في سورية، يمكن أن يكون ممكناً في لبنان.
– قبل أن يكتمل التفكير بهذه المعادلة انفجرت بدون مقدمات حادثة قبرشمون، وتم التعامل مع تداعياتها بنيات واضحة لإبقائها معلقة. فالفرضية اللبنانية كانت أن الإحالة إلى المجلس العدلي بما يتضمن تشكيله من توازنات سياسية، جواب وسطي يقفل أي ملف أمني كحادثة قبرشمون، بحيث يمكن افتراض أن رئيس الحزب التقدمي الإشتراكي وليد جنبلاط يجب أن يكون هو الداعي لنقل الملف إلى المجلس العدلي لإقفال القضية إن كان خائفاً من الاستهداف، وإن لم يكن المطلوب فتح الملف على لعبة المنطقة وإبقائه على الطاولة، وللاشتراكي أسباب كثيرة للربط طالما أنه القلق من مرحلة ما بعد إدلب وانتصارات سورية ومحور المقاومة وحاجته لخطوة استباقية تعلق التسوية اللبنانية ومؤسساتها حتى ترسو التوازنات على صورة يكون لبنان المعلق أحد عناصرها، ويصير الحل الجديد فيه جزءاً من التسوية الإقليمية الجديدة، التي من ضمنها اليمن وسورية… ولبنان.
– تحقيقات فرع المعلومات ليست في صالح رواية الاشتراكي وتحقيق المحكمة العسكرية لا يُرضيه، والذهاب إلى المجلس العدلي مرفوض عنده، والمصالحة السياسية مشروطة بمهرها المعطل أي شراكة حزب الله. إذن فالمطلوب بقاء المشكلة مفتوحة حتى.. تقول إدلب الكلمة الفصل ويبنى على الشيء مقتضاه إقليمياً وليس محلياً، ويحفظ لمن يخاف على دوره وحجمه دور جديد بحجم جديد، فهل ينجح بتعليق البلد على عمود إدلب ولو حظي بدعم وتشجيع دوليين وإقليميين يبدوان حاضرين بقوة؟
