La Camera ha dato il via libera alla proposta di legge che reintroduce l’educazione civica come materia obbligatoria nella scuola primaria e secondaria. I voti a favore sono stati 451, nessuno contrario, 3 gli astenuti. La proposta prevede le reintroduzione di 33 ore annuali, il voto in pagella e la valutazione finale. Approvato anche l’emendamento che prevede il superamento di sanzioni disciplinari, note sul registro ed espulsioni per i bambini delle scuole elementari. Ora il testo dovrà passare al Senato per ricevere l’esame definitivo.
Nel testo sono state inserite anche l’Agenda 2030 e l’educazione ambientale. Inoltre tra gli obiettivi di apprendimento si prevederanno ora lo sviluppo ecosostenibile e la tutela del patrimonio ambientale e delle identità oltre che delle produzioni e delle eccellenze territoriali e agroalimentari. Via libera anche all’ordine del giorno con cui il governo si impegna a introdurre l’educazione emozionale.
