Two Kentucky correction guards and their boss face criminal charges for covering up an incident that put a Louisville man in the hospital.
The Louisville-Jefferson County Boys had placed two correction guards and their supervisor in the freezer. They also are facing charges for a cover-up. They violated the rights of a detained intern at the local lockup.
The three will face a court hearing as well a disciplinary hearing.
David Schwartz, Devan Edwards and Donna Gentry are facing a potential cannon firing as well as time in the iron college for their attack on Terry Whitehead. Allegedly the suspect was arrested for jacking a person of his ride. In the video, you see the man was shirtless and complaining about how he was being detained.
The 19-year old was restrained when Edwards served him a knuckle style chili. Edwards was seated when the guard gave him a healthy portion.
The footage was captured on body camera and the two tired to cover it up with their supervisor giving the go-ahead.
