Arthroscopic surgery today, to trim the meniscus in my right knee. I'm hoping for no complications! The good news based on x-rays and the MRI: no arthritis, therefore no knee replacement needed.
Also on the good-news front: my pre-op blood work was perfect. For the first time in nearly four years, my kidney-function values were normal. So, the
kidney surgery I had back in November of 2016 worked.
YEEHAW!
I am a bit apprehensive about my knee surgery in that I will be on crutches for a while and unable to drive. Caregiving Mr. AOW will also be a harder-than-usual task.
