Like Jody Wilson-Raybould, I'm "waiting for the other shoe to drop" regarding her and colleague/supporter Jane Philpott being booted from the Liberal Caucus. If the "big boyz" have their way it will happen soon. Viewing the governmental crisis through the lens of 20/20 hindsight it was always going to come down to this. I had a good laff yesterday when I read that Toronto Liberal MP Robert Oliphant ...a big, strapping guy...says he "doesn't feel safe" in the caucus anymore with JWR. MP Wayne Easter says the same thing...says JWR should have "been gone long ago". These guys, stalwarts of the "Old Boyz Network" that have had a stranglehold over Parliament for centuries... MUST indeed feel like fish out of water...when suddenly brought to heel by a First Nations Woman and her female friend.
Little Jody didn't "go quietly into that good night" of cabinet demotion, like she was supposed to...grateful for the scrap of "Veteran's Affairs" that she was thrown. No. She taped a criminally threatening phone call and turned the tables. The Secret [up until the scandal broke] Svengali of the Canadian Parliament...Ziofascist, subversive, "foreign" 5eyes mole Michael Wernick, was caught in the act of contravening the Canadian Constitution and attempting to obstruct justice. He had to resign...although he has still not actually GONE yet. It's a toss-up to determine who leaked the information about the conflict re the SCC appointment that occurred between JWR and Justin Trudeau--Wernick or Butts. It was one or the other.
These guyz have been playing the Canadian public like a violin. Now they suddenly don't "feel safe". LOL...now they know how women have felt in the upper echelons of the working environment since time immemorial!. Well, if they don't "feel safe" now...they'd better give a good long thought on how safe they will feel after they kick JWR and JP out of the caucus. This act will be proof positive to Canadians from coast to coast to coast... that whistleblowers, trying to save the Canadian constitution and our system of Justice, are nothing but roadkill to these guyz.
Canadians will finally know then WHY the Liberals stink to high heaven. Because they have some awful things to hide...regarding SNC Lavalin AND the Vice Admiral Mark Norman prosecution [which Norman's defense lawyers allege was BEING RUN OUT OF THE CLERK OF THE PRIVY COUNCIL'S OFFICE!].
The saddest part of all is that the RCMP has been so compromised by the foreign mole CSIS that it will likely not even rise to the occasion and investigate the crime. It's waaaaaaay tooooo busy mentoring the mentally and socially vulnerable to perpetrate more Five Eyes Terror Attacks...like the latest one in New Zealand a few weeks ago.
But talking with fellow Canadians over the past week or so, I believe that they are finally seized and captivated by the spectacle going on in Ottawa over the past eight weeks. That being the case...the Liberal old boyz are "damned if they do and damned if they don't". If they kick JWR and JP out of the caucus...they will, in the eyes of Canadians, have "punished" those who want to uphold the law. If they don't kick JWR and JP out of the caucus...they will have their arrogant faces rubbed in the mess that has been created by Trudeau's deadly combination of ignorance + arrogance = hubris. As I've said since 2015, le Dauphin unfortunately inherited his father's arrogance and his mother's brains.
Consequently, there is NO "safe" political place for him and his supporters anymore.
