Torna in carcere Fabrizio Corona. Il magistrato di Sorveglianza, Simone Luerti, ha sospeso l’affidamento terapeutico che gli aveva permesso di uscire da San Vittore per curare la dipendenza psicologica dalla cocaina. I poliziotti quindi lo hanno prelevato nella sua abitazione a Milanoconducendolo in cella a San Vittore.
La decisione del magistrato è legata a diverse violazioni che l’ex re dei paparazzi ha a suo avviso commesso negli scorsi mesi, infrangendo in questo modo le disposizioni che erano state imposte dal tribunale di Sorveglianza. Toccherà quindi ora proprio al tribunale decidere entro 30 giorni se confermare o meno la sospensione.

Corona, stando al provvedimento, sia con un video su Instagram che partecipando ad una puntata della trasmissione televisiva, a fine febbraio, ha dimostrato, con una serie di affermazioni, di essere insofferente alle regole dell’affidamento terapeutico, dicendo, in sostanza, che non ne poteva più.
Tra le irregolarità, anche svariati rientri a casa oltre le 23.30 – l’orario stabilito dal Tribunale – e alcune trasferte non autorizzate fuori dalla Lombardia. Il giudice Luerti aveva già emesso una “diffida” nei confronti di Corona, imponendogli di non lasciare la regione fino al 30 marzo.
L’ex fotografo, però, non avrebbe obbedito. Inoltre a dicembre, autorizzato per una trasferta nel Vicentino, è andato fino a Udine senza autorizzazione. Il 13 gennaio, la polizia penitenziaria di San Vittore lo ha invece sorpreso mentre si faceva riprendere da una telecamera di fronte al carcere.
