En el episodio 7x6 (El de los colegas de siesta), Ross, Joey y Chandler ven Jungla de cristal al inicio del episodio. Chandler se va y le echan en cara que John McClane también tenía planes. Chandler, asustado, dice que se va corriendo antes de que Joey comience a llamarles "bitch" a todos.




Que los chicos sean tan fans de Jungla de cristal no tendría sentido porque Bruce Willis apareció en el episodio 6x21 (El de cuando Ross conoce al padre de Elizabeth) como el padre de Elizabeth, una de las novias de Ross.



El personaje de Bruce Willis, Paul Stevens, además, se liaba con Rachel. Bruce Willis apareció en los siguientes dos episodios (6x22 y 6x23). En ningún momento se hace algún chiste con que Paul se parezca al protagonista de Jungla de cristal.
