Straordinaria scoperta archeologica nei pressi di Bonorva. Come riporta un articolo pubblicato su Sardinia Post, gli archeologi hanno recentemente scoperto delle strutture di epoca romana nei pressi delle grotte di Sant'Andrea Priu.
Andando maggiormente nei particolari, dagli scavi è emersa la presenza di una serie di abitazioni e di una lunga strada nonché di una rete fognaria.
Tutti questi elementi farebbero pensare ai resti di una città, mentre inizialmente si pensava che il sito potesse costituire 'solamente' i resti di una villa di epoca romana.
Più specificatamente, potrebbe trattarsi dei resti della città perduta di Hafa e, tra l'altro, un elemento che farebbe pensare a ciò è il ritrovamento di bolli riconducibili alla liberta ed amante di Nerone Atte.
Degli scavi e dell'interessante scoperta si è recentemente occupato, per il Tg3, il giornalista Giorgio Galleano. Durante il servizio del 2 febbraio 2019, Galleano ha intervistato l’archeologa della Soprintendenza di Sassari-Nuoro, Nadia Canu.
