E' Sfera Ebbasta con il suo ultimo disco "Rockstar" a vincere la classifica degli album più venduti nel 2018, certificata da Top Of The Music Fimi/GfK.
Tra l'altro "Cupido" di Sfera Ebbasta feat. Quavo è al terzo posto della classifica dei singoli più venduti. Due notizie positive per il giovane esponente della trap, travolto dalle polemiche e dal lutto per la tragedia nel locale Lanterna Azzurra di Corinaldo, dove sono morte sei persone. Quel drammatico 8 dicembre l'artista avrebbe dovuto partecipare ad una ospitata, ma poi a notte fonda (ancora non si era presentato) a causa di uno spray al peperoncino si è verificato il panico nel posto super affollato e si è consumata la tragedia. Cronaca a parte e tornando alla classifica, al secondo posto c'è il vincitore dello scorso anno Irama con il suo album "Plume", mentre Laura Pausini con "Fatti sentire" è al terzo posto.
