Ukrainian Expert: The IMF Wants to Use Tariff Hikes to Deprive Ukrainians of Housing and Turn Them into Slaves

Эксперт: МВФ хочет через рост тарифов лишить украинцев жилья и превратить в рабов

The increase in tariffs in Ukraine is a consequence of the country’s external governance. Such a conclusion was made by the economic expert Vsevolod Stepanyuk, speaking on the TV channel “112 Ukraine” on January 23rd.

According to him, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), which dictates its rules to the government of Ukraine, pursues two aims. The first one: to squeeze out of the population all of its savings in a cash form. The second one: to turn Ukrainians into slaves.
“Unlike Europeans, most of the citizens of Ukraine possess real estate, they have their own houses and apartments. Even if a person will lose their job, they will have a roof over their head. But in so-called civilised countries this isn’t a norm – 30% of people there are owners of real estate, the others rent their housing. In America it is even more harsh: if you are not a rich person, then you simply can’t afford to pay taxes on your real estate”
he explained
According to Stepanyuk it is precisely for this reason that in the west people will fulfil all the whims of their employer in order to not lose their job and turn into a bum.
“Such an aim is pursued by western donors, forcing the government to constantly raise tariffs for housing and public utilities. And the appointees of the West, like the head of ‘Naftogaz‘, try to justify this increase in tariffs to please their masters”
summarised the expert
Earlier the head of Naftogaz Andrey Kobolev said that the reduction in the price of gas promised by presidential candidates is impossible and will lead to the collapse of the whole financial system of Ukraine when the growth of the dollar exchange rate cannot be predicted.
