Ukrainian radicals gather in Donbass major cities
Donetsk, Nov 28 – DAN. Members of Ukrainian nationalistic formations are concentrated in large towns of Donbass, said the head of the DPR People’s Militia command press service Daniil Bezsonov.
“Despite the ban on nationalists presence in the Ukraine-occupied zone, bandits from Ukrainian volunteer army and other nazi brigades gather in major towns of Donbass, such as Mariupol, Artyomovsk, Konstantinovka, Krasnoarmeisk, Volnovakha and Kurakhovo.
“As to our knowledge, radical activists are to be used as barrier troops to prevent regular forces from escaping the JFO zone.”
Ukrainian parliament endorsed law on declaration of martial law from 9 a.m. November 28 for 30 days in ten Ukrainian regions adjacent to Russia and Transnistria, or Kiev-controlled Donbass regions, or the Black Sea and Sea of Azov.
Martial law is brought in all over the state or in designated areas in accordance with the bill “On the Legal Regime of Martial Law”.
Martial law provides military authorities and leadership with greater and unlimited power, while restricting civil liberties such as public gatherings, media freedoms and free movement. *ot
