La presentazione è chiamata 'The Good Censor' e riconosce che la censura può dare ai governi e alle aziende gli strumenti per limitare la libertà degli individui ed espone anche i motivi per cui le piattaforme tech come e YouTube e Google search sono i responsabili della sorveglianza su ciò che accade sui loro siti web e sulle loro app.
Inoltre, nel documento Google osserva come le richieste di rimozione da parte governativa siano triplicate negli ultimi due anni e di come YouTube ora sia il bersaglio della maggioranza di queste richieste.
Nella conclusione della presentazione si legge che le società tecnologiche stanno attualmente compiendo un 'atto di bilanciamento tra due posizioni incompatibili', e ciò rappresenta il motivo per cui la censura è in aumento mentre le aziende come Google, Facebook e Twitter stanno adottando approcci più lievi alla moderazione in risposta alle critiche più acute .
