Sull’indagine a carico del vicepremier
Matteo Salvini per il
caso della nave Diciotti è arrivato un primo parziale verdetto favorevole al leader leghista,
indagato per sequestro di persona.
A riferirlo è il
Giornale di Sicilia, che cita alcune parti del fascicolo inviato dal Tribunale dei ministri palermitano a Catania.
Secondo il giornale, i magistrati hanno scritto che “nei primi giorni di intervento della nave Diciotti al largo di Lampedusa fu difeso meritoriamente dalla Guardia costiera l’interesse nazionale”.
Resta aperta, invece, la questione riguardante il periodo successivo, quello in cui la nave rimase ormeggiata al porto di Catania per cinque giorni senza che alle persone a bordo venisse consentito lo sbarco.
In pratica, il Tribunale dei ministri di Palermo ha scorporato il caso Diciotti in due fasi successive: la prima relativa al periodo 15-20 agosto, quando l’imbarcazione rimase bloccata in mare al largo di Lampedusa, e la seconda riguardante i cinque giorni di impasse al porto di Catania, dal 20 al 26 agosto.
