Lynsey Plasco-Flaxman thought she was sending a racist text to her husband but instead it ended up on Giselle Maurice's phone.
After realizing she texted the wrong person, she scrubbed the message and immediately fired the nanny out of the cannon. Now the nanny wants at least a $100,000 in damages.

Maurice tried to settle the matter through mediation. They refused to settle on the agreement of $63,000 and living expenses. So she decided to take them to civil court for the cake.
