Spike Lee ha recentemente attaccato il ministro dell'Interno italiano Matteo Salvini.
Come riporta l'Huff Post(1), il regista ha sostenuto che non berrebbe mai nulla con il politico della Lega e non ci andrebbe mai allo stadio.
Inoltre, secondo Spike Lee "quello che sta facendo in Italia Salvini lo stanno facendo Putin in Russia, la Le Pen in Francia e Agent Orange da noi".
Più precisamente con 'Agent Orange'(liquido chimico prodotto durante la guerra in Vietnam) Spike Lee intende ovviamente indicare Trump, facendo anche riferimento al colore della pelle e dei capelli dell'attuale presidente statunitense.
