It's all happening.

Lindsey Graham has decided in advance of Christine Blasey Ford's testimony that he will not change his mind on Kavanaugh, no matter what she brings to the table.

On Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace, Graham laid out his opinion on the Ford accusation, saying "you can't bring it in a criminal court, you would never sue civilly, you couldn't even get a warrant. What am I supposed to do? Go ahead and ruin this guy's life based on an accusation?

"I DON'T KNOW WHEN IT HAPPENED, I DON'T KNOW WHERE IT HAPPENED, AND EVERYBODY NAMED IN REGARD TO BEING THERE SAID IT DIDN'T HAPPEN," SAID GRAHAM.

Ford's testimony would seem to be the perfect time to get answers to the questions Graham doesn't seem to have an answer to, but he doesn't seem that interested.

"Unless there's something more, no I'm not going to ruin Judge Kavanaugh's life over this," Graham said.

In spite of his unwillingness to address the accusations, Graham claims that Ford would be treated "respectfully."

"SHE SHOULD COME FORWARD, SHE SHOULD HAVE HER SAY, SHE WILL BE RESPECTFULLY TREATED," HE SAID, ADDING, "I'M NOT GOING TO PLAY A GAME HERE AND TELL YOU THIS WILL WIPE OUT HIS ENTIRE LIFE," GRAHAM ADDED, "BECAUSE IF NOTHING CHANGES, IT WON'T WITH ME."

Graham also feels that Ford is simply being "used" by Democrats, claiming they have an "agenda" against Kavanaugh.

Ford is scheduled to testify on Thursday.
