Fa discutere la vicenda della nave Diciotti.
Riporta il Giornale(1) che "secondo alcune fonti non confermate provenienti da Lampedusa, la nave si starebbe dirigendo verso Pozzallo" e che "il primo cittadino della più grande delle Pelagie, Totò Martello, pur dicendosi disponibile all'accoglienza, prima ha negato" e in seguito ha aggiunto che: "Da una ventina di minuti sta facendo rotta verso le coste della Sicilia".
Ancora non c'è alcuna ufficialità sullo sbarco e intanto nel governo è scoppiato un piccolo 'scontro' in merito.
Più specificatamente, riporta la Stampa(2), il ministro dei Trasporti Danilo Toninelli ha affermato che la nave sarebbe attraccata a Catania.
Inoltre Toninelli ha sostenuto che "I valorosi uomini della guardia costiera hanno compiuto il proprio dovere salvando vite umane ad appena 17 miglia da Lampedusa. Ora l’Europa faccia in fretta la propria parte".
Lo sbarco della Diciotti a Catania pare non piacere al ministro dell'Interno Matteo Salvini, il quale ha dichiarato che non ci sarà l'autorizzazione fino a quando non si avrà la certezza che i migranti verranno accolti anche in altri paesi dell'Unione Europea.
