La tragedia del ponte Morandi a Genova non può essere considerata una sorpresa, almeno per alcuni.
E' quanto emerge da un documento reso pubblico recentemente dall'Espresso(1).
Più specificatamente, come riporta anche il Giornale(2), nel febbraio 2018 vi era stato un vertice a cui avevano partecipato il ministero delle Infrastrutture(al tempo presieduto da Graziano Delrio), la Direzione generale per la vigilanza sulle concessionarie autostradali a Roma e il Provveditorato per le opere pubbliche di Piemonte-Valle d'Aosta-Liguria a Genova e Autostrade per l'Italia.
Da tale vertice, era emerso un resoconto dove si concludeva che "almeno sette tecnici, cinque dello Stato e due dell'azienda di gestione, sapevano infatti che la corrosione alle pile 9 (quella crollata) e 10 aveva provocato una riduzione fino al venti per cento dei cavi metallici interni agli stralli", ovvero sia i tiranti trasversali in cemento armato.
