President Rodrigo Duterte said during the Joint 68th National Security Council and 69th National Intelligence Coordinating Agency Founding Anniversary on July 31 that the 2 Bell AH-1F Cobra attack helicopters pledged by the Jordanian government are yet to be delivered.

President Duterte said that he did not pursue his expletives against the High Commissioner of Human Rights Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein, who is a relative of the King of Jordan, because of the pledged attack helicopters.

“I kept my defense all along while they were investigating me. Alam ko na kung ano ang isasabi ko. I kept it a secret because I know na lalaki pa nang lalaki,” he said.

“It was not until after ‘yung commissioner mismo ng Human Rights Commission ng UN. Sabi niya: Duterte needs to be looked, to be examined by a psychiatrist,” Duterte added.

However, National Security Adviser Hermogenes Esperon advised him not to attack the high commissioner.

“I was preparing for my… Sagot ko, sabi ko: Makatikim talaga ito ng mura ko t*** i**.” Just like the other previous – nung narinig niya (Esperon), sabi niya: Huwag, huwag. Relax ka lang diyan,” the President said.

“Sabi niya: Huwag kay bigyan tayo ng dalawang cobra diyang helicopter. Baka hindi ituloy. Kapatid ‘yan ni King Jordan eh. So tumahimik ka nalang diyan,” Duterte added.

“Hanggang ngayon wala pa ‘yung helicopter. Bantay ka, sir. ‘Pag hindi dumating ‘yun, ituloy ko talaga ‘yung mura,” he said.
