Sin dall'inizio della sua campagna presidenziale Donald Trump è stato considerato come il 'migliore alleato del razzismo' e il 'presidente della supremazia bianca'.
Non raramente certi media mainstream e una parte dell'opinione pubblica 'liberal' hanno sostenuto che i gruppi suprematisti bianchi e/o neonazisti avrebbero trovato 'paradisiaci' gli USA del presidente repubblicano.

Eppure, alcune recenti notizie ci dicono altro.
Difatti, come riportato da alcuni siti web statunitensi di destra come 'Gateway Pundit'(1) e 'Right Wire' senza dimenticare il noto giornalista Paul Joseph Watson(3), pochi giorni fa a Louisville(Kentucky) alcuni militanti suprematisti sono stati cacciati da un corteo pro-Trump da alcuni sostenitori del leader repubblicano e da membri dei 'Proud Boys', l'organizzazione di destra radicale creata dal giornalista di destra (Rebel Media, in passato cofondatore di Vice) Gavin McInnes. 

Durante il momento della cacciata dei suprematisti bianchi alcuni manifestanti pro-Trump hanno urlato slogan come il razzismo e tale episodio, al di là di come la si possa giudicare, può far capire che in certi casi certa 'narrazione mainstream' (a volte tendente ad accomunare la destra e/o la destra radicale statunitense filotrumpista con il neonazismo o il suprematismo bianco) tenda ad essere troppo semplicistica e a non cogliere la complessità(politica/ideologica ecc) del fenomeno.
