Per loro è già stata richiesta l'interdizione dai pubblici uffici. Intanto tre agenti di polizia, quelli che avrebbero trasmesso i filmati di videosorveglianza al Benalla, l'accusa ha chiesto che fosse loro vietato svolgere la funzione per la quale hanno commesso i presunti reati. Per tutti e cinque la Procura di Parigi ha ordinato l'arresto, quando fino a sabato sera erano solo stati fermati e tenuti in custodia di polizia.
