I will disgrace Buhari when he comes to Ekiti – Fayose

Ayo Fayose, the Ekiti state Governor Ayodele Fayose, has made it known that he will not welcome President Muhammadu Buhari in Ekiti state on the slated day he will be visiting the date.
According to Fayose, this decision is because the Buhari led administration has done nothing for the people of Ekiti ever since his assumption of office as president.

Making the  comments yesterday in Ado-Ekiti the state capital, Fayose said; “I am not going to receive the president. If they think that they can use the police to intimidate us, it is a lie.

“This government is undemocratic, why did they close Akure Airport yesterday, when they knew that we would be receiving our party members.

“They have been arresting members of the PDP, but we will not be provoked. We will disgrace all of them.

“If you vote for the APC, you are voting for Boko Haram and Fulani Herdsmen. But PDP believes in the sanctity of human lives,”

He went further to say Nigeria does not deserve an old President like Buhari, but someone of the new generation stock.

All these he said of Buhari, but it seems like Fayose has eaten up his words, because the news reaching us is that the government house in Ado Ekiti has been sealed up. No movement in and out of there.
fayose has not released any comment about the apparent house arrest he is in .

Stay tuned for more news from the Ekiti Guber elections.
