Pontoriero l'uomo di 43 anni fermato per l'omicidio di
Soumaila Sacko, il migrante di origine maliana ucciso a San Ferdinando, in provincia di
Vibo Valentia, la notte tra sabato e domenica scorsi.
Pontoriero è un imprenditore agricolo.
L'indagato, secondo quanto ricostruito dai militari, è il nipote di un ex socio di minoranza della fabbrica dismessa, in contrada Calimera, dove è avvenuto il delitto. Lo stabile è sottoposto a sequestro giudiziario dal 2011 nell'ambito di un'inchiesta 'Poison' della Procura di Vibo Valentia sullo smaltimento di rifiuti tossici e pericolosi.
Difeso dall'avvocato Franco Muzzopappa, all'uomo è stata sequestrata la Fiat Panda bianca descritta dai due cittadini del Mali che erano in compagnia di Soumaila nel momento in cui è stato aperto il fuoco. I vestiti del 43enne sono invece stati sottoposti all'esame stub (le analisi eseguite della polizia giudiziaria) per accertare la presenza di residui da sparo.
Ricordiamo che Sacko è stato ucciso mentre con due connazionali cercava di prendere dall'ex acciaieria sotto sequestro alcune lamiere che gli sarebbero servite per costruire la sua baracca nella tendopoli di San Ferdinando. Il fermo è stato eseguito dai carabinieri della Compagnia di Tropea.
Intanto oggi è prevista l'autopsia sulla salma di Sacko Soumaila. L'incarico per l'esame autoptico è stato affidato al medico legale Katiuscia Bisogni.
