Right so I have a very odd issue with my laptop.
It works perfectly 99% of the time, i can watch Netflix, emails, word etc fine - both plugged in and not plugged in
I can also play games (i have tried 2 different games) when its NOT plugged in.
But if i try to play a game when it IS plugged in after about 2-3 minutes the screen freezes, nothing works (there is also no sound) and I have to hard shut down the laptop. So it only does this if playing games and plugged in, games offline or other activities when plugged in are fine. (for clarity the games I tried were company of heroes 2 and pubg). This happened last weekend and until this point Id had no problems at all with the laptop.
I have tried everything I can think of: - updating everything I can think of - running CCleaner - checking diagnostics (nothing found) - Windows memory diagnostics (nothing found)
Any ideas what it could be? Quite annoyed as my laptop is only 9 months old.
