Just built a new system, ryzen 2700x, crosshair vii hero and a 500gb 850evo, 1tb 860 evo with a couple of 2tb spinners.
I was able to optimise my ssds a few days ago but for some reason they are now greyed out with optimisation unavailable.
I have achi selected in the bios, latest chipset drivers which I have reinstalled and checked in device manager. AS ssd states that my drives are using amds virtualised achi driver.
If I try to manually run 'defrag x: /O' from command prompt I get an error message that my hardware is not supported.
Checked if trim is enabled and both results are returned as 0 which is correct.
