I have a Samsung NP350U2Y-A04VN running Windows 7.
When I reboot I get stuck at a blue screen telling me to hit f4 - or f8 I think. Either way, the prescribed keystrokes do nothing. It's frozen until I press all the top-line keys in a flowing motion like a pianist. Then I'm at the Aptio screen and can launch windows via the boot menu by clicking 'boot override'.
