So I posted here a few days ago, and am posting it again at a different time during the day, hoping it reaches more people, cause I'm desperate.
So my Samsung s7 Edge just started encountering different problems, and they all seem linked. I want to start by saying that when I started I hadn't recently installed a new app or updated my phone in any way. Don't know what is important to know, but the model number is SM-G935F, Android version 7.0 and I have the Kernel version. I bought my phone new last June.
Here are the problems I usually have: -If I use my camera, it's usually not long before i can't see my photos in gallery, and then I can't use my camera- if I open it the screen is unresponsive and the part where I should see the previous photo is just black. -The gallery problem also happens even if I don't use the camera, it just happens after a while after I've restarted my phone. -Sometimes it says System UI has stopped working, and I have to force restart my phone ( lower volume button and power button), and I'm afraid it's not really healthy for my phone. -Since then I've been trying to periodically delete the system UI cache, but I've noticed that when I go into settings> Apps it often doesn't work, unless I restart my phone. Either the screen turns all black, or it just says loading forever. This problem usually happens after I notice my camera isn't working and want to clear it's cache and data. -There's periods when other apps aren't working as well (like Instagram or 5th Edition Spellbook iirc) -Sometimes my screen won't turn back on. Thing is, I've had this problem before, when I first started using the phone, but I was installing all my apps quickly so I figured my phone was just overworked. But now the problem has come back for no reason, and I end up having to force restart my phone. -Since this problem has started (a few days ago), it seems my phone is losing battery quicker- but not a lot. - Sometimes my whole phone freezes and force restarts, but it doesn't actually restart, just an eternal loading screen.
These are all the issues I can't think of right now, if you have any suggestions or know any app I could download to help find the problem i'd love you! If you any more info is needed please ask. When I bought this phone I told myself it would be worth it because I would keep it for several years, but it hasn't even been a year! I'd be eternally grateful for any help, thank you!
