Hi guys,
At our company we use RDS for our agents to log on to our CRM system and for our compliance team to use IE and listen to Cisco finese call recordings.
We have recently been experiencing some strange issues which are very vague (hence my post here) and I am wondering if anyone has seen anything similar or know what they may relate to.

On some of our agent’s laptops when logging into RDS their right click is extremely delayed. It'll take a few minutes to acknowledge when using our CRM system. However, when they click their normal desktop it is fine. No delay. If that same users logs on to another laptop it is fine and anyone who logins into that laptop will experience the problem. Feel it has been narrowed down to the laptop however what could have suddenly started causing that on a few of our machines?

Each morning the compliance team come to work and login to RDS and attempt to listen to a call 3/4 of them out of a 10-person team cannot hear sound through their headphones whether it be USB or jack. Sound off Chrome which is installed on their laptop and not RDS there is no issue. Our current fix is to kill their session, when they log back in they have no issues.
A few vague weird ones but if you don't ask, you don't get!
