So I installed both of my SSD but when I did that, Windows booted into Windows 10 Pro, even though I only had a key pass for home. I wanted to divert back to home without having to do a clean install so I followed the instructions on a Microsoft thread on how to do so.
The instructions were as followed:

Open Registry Editor(WIN + R, type regedit, hit Enter)

Browse to key HKEY_Local Machine > Software > Microsoft > Windows NT > CurrentVersion

Change EditionID to Home (double click EditionID, change value, click OK). In your case it should at the moment show Pro

Change ProductName to Windows 10 Home. In your case it should at the moment show Windows 10 Professional

Browse to key HKEY_Local Machine > Software > Wow6432Node > Microsoft > Windows NT > CurrentVersion, change the same two values as in steps 3 and 4 above

Close the Registry Editor

Insert the Windows 10 Homeinstallation media, do an in-place upgrade by launching the setup from desktop (not booting with Windows 10 Home install media)

When asked, enter your validWindows 10 Home product key and select what to keep(settings, personal files and apps, only personal files or nothing)
Windows 10 Home in-place upgrade will be done now.
On step 7 I just put the CD containing Windows home into the disk drive and ran setup.exe.
My computer then restarted but failed to boot.
I originally tried recovering from a previous state, didn't work. I was unable to reset my computer or load from any other previous Windows set ups.
I then went into my BIOS and secure erased everything from my Samsung SSD and the Patriot. It now booted with my HDD as the C drive and is running perfect (although not as fast).
The problem is that disk manager doesn't even recognize what they are anymore. https://imgur.com/a/hJhafKa
How can I proceed from here in order to keep windows home, but also be using both of my SSDs again?
