So I've got a LiitoKala Lii-100 which is a universal battery charger which also has a powerbank function if you're using lithium batteries.
Now, when I plug in my phone (Xiaomi Mi A1) with a USB-A to USB-C cable directly into the charger, it will charge for a fraction of a second, stop charging and start again for like half a second. This goes on as long as it's plugged in. I tried two different cables that work flawlessly with other chargers.
The funny thing is that as soon as I put a charger doctor (usb voltage/current monitor) in between the phone charges just fine with about .9 A and 4.75 V
I can charge another powerbank over a standard to micro USB-A cable without a problem as well.
Any idea why this happens and if I there's a solution to the problem or a recommendation of a single slot Li-ion charger that has a powerbank function?
