I have a Dell Inspiron 3650, I have not used this PC in about a year I went to start it up. At first everything is normal it shows the starting windows screen but then it goes to a black screen. So I booted it up in safe mode and it was working fine so I figured it was the graphics driver so I uninstalled that and restarted the PC. And it worked, but when I restarted my PC again it went back to the same old problem. I even ran a BIOS Diagnostics test and it says that all the hardware is working fine. I was thinking that is could possibly even be a virus corrupting my graphics driver on startup.
