Diplomacy between the United States and North Korea is beginning to hit some speed bumps as the planned summit in Singapore approaches, exemplifying the problems inherent in President Donald Trump's haphazard and inconsistent approach to foreign policy.
"The president is like a teenager learning to drive," said Democratic strategist Paul Begala Tuesday night on CNN's "Anderson Cooper 360." "Flooring the gas, and then slamming the break. We went from 'fire and fury' to 'open and honorable.'"
