As you can see, pretty much failing everything across the board.
This was a fresh install to win10 home. I started looking around for help when cs:go couldn't even hit 120 FPS on LOW. Uninstalled and re-installed the drivers for the vid card + CPU. Noticed that my CPU was locked at 1.55ghz so I updated the BIOS to fix that. Even running the 1700 @ 3.6 put me at the 10th percentile.
All temps run pretty low. The GPU sits at <60 no matter what I do to it. CPU stays under 40.
EVGA control panel + windows options set to maximum performance.
No idea what to do next.
