Sorry I didn't know where to post this, so I'm hoping someone knows an answer to this.
An honest technician from my ISP came to my house and told me that their equipment isn't sufficient for the amount of people my area. So my internet disconnects multiple times a week, for a few hours or days at a time. Their excuse for not compensating me for what I deserve, is I'm in a high volume area.
Is my only option contacting the FCC? Or am I pretty much condemned to constant disconnects and slow service
