Just got new parts for my pc (everything but ssd, hdds and the gpu). After putting it all together I press the power button only to find my mobo's cpu and ram leds are on. Turns out my ryzen 5 2600 isn't compatible with the mobo without patching BIOS so I get an older cpu to update the bios. After changing the CPU (and the cooler), the motherboard ram debug led stays off but the cpu led blinks once and the pc doesn't boot.
I've tried juggling with my ram sticks, using a single stick, removing the mobo from the case (also disconnected my gpu then) and using my older psu. Nothing seems to help. I'm starting to think the mobo is broken. Also my keyboard caps light doesn't light.
My stuff:
GPU: GTX 970
MOBO: Msi A320m Bazooka
The cpu I was originally using: Ryzen 5 2600
The cpu I changed to bcz BIOS: Ryzen 3 1300x
In both cases I uses the included cpu coolers.
The original psu: Seasonic S12II-620
The older one I also tried: Corsair VS650
