Let me start by saying, I'm not very experienced with Xbox anymore as I've been unable to use my Xbox 360 for about 5 years now. And neither my Xbox One since buying it a couple years ago. It's pretty clear to me what my issue is... Ever since I became a Halo 3 nerd back in the day on my 360, my ISP decided to randomly block my access from Xbox Live. At first I bought a new console (Xbox One) thinking my Xbox 360 just had trouble connecting to the internet being 10 years old and all. Then I find out Xbox One doesn't work. Call ISP they say it "should work". Meaning they're useless and won't help. My only question is how do I get around this problem just so I can play online again?
This is what my Windows 10 PC tells me. My Xbox One use to say some Packet loss error. I just now tried connecting to a VPN and checking again, but still "Blocked". I was hoping I could figure out a way to VPN my Xbox One. I heard only certain VPN's could do this. After turning on Windscribe on my PC then testing, I lost hope on the VPN thing. Although it wasn't one of the suggested VPN's. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
I've already posted this on r/xboxone but I don't think anyone will be able to help me there.
(By the way, this is the only isp in my area. If the only solution is to move and use another ISP, i'm working on it!)
