Hey there,

I posted a couple months ago in regards to my PC being a POS despite uninstalling and reinstalling the graphics card AND drivers as well as windows, I went ahead and purchased new RAM, new HDD, SDD, Power supply, didn't bother purchasing a new CPU or RAM as they were brand new. I sent the graphics card back to the supplier and they gave me the benefit of the doubt and shipped out a brand new card...

I average 28 FPS on medium settings in Overwatch and have done a userbenchmark test with results below.

I've switched back to my GTX 580 which can run this game on 'Epic' Settings and pull 140+FPS on 90 Degrees, the 1060 only runs at 50, is there a way to make the 1060 hotter so it warms up and can run games?

I really wanna say its Motherboard, but at the same time I don't because the 580 smashes the 1060 out of the park.

Thinking maybe a bios update might help which I'm going to try shortly

Update:

I am using a BenQ 24" Zowie Monitor, I also have a Lenovo ThinkVision 22" 1680x1050 Monitor that was being used previously, the Zowie is the most recent addition in hardware

The Bios Upgrade has given me even worse results:
