When a window is between two monitors and the half-way point is on the good monitor's side, then it's fine, but when it's on the other monitor's side then it's broken. Also the autofill suggestion box is good, compared to the rest of the screen.
I used to have the same issue with Win 7 on my old screen with the windows image viewer. This issue wasn't here yesterday, but today after a windows update and a boot up it's here.
Currently on Win 10 with a 1080Ti GPU.
