So we have a company of about 150 employees and they all have iPhones. New employees are coming and going on a monthly basis, and we use the same phone numbers for the new employees as the old ones that have left the company. So when a new employee starts, staff have the old employees name assigned to that number.
I am looking for a solution that will update contacts without much work done on the staff end (not tech savvy at all).
Couple solutions I have tried include:

Monthly Contacts Updates, so staff would have to remove the contacts that are no longer with the company and just add the new ones. (Simplest solution imo, but apparently too hard for staff)

Monthly Contact Updates with an updated CSV file (also too difficult)
We have an Microsoft Exchange Server with all updated emails and phone numbers, and all staff are signed into this on their iphones, but it does not show the directory in their contacts, but they can search.
The updated CSV option would not really work because it does not remove the contacts that are removed from the CSV, only adds the new ones. Wiping contacts and readding CSV is not an option as well, since staff have their own clients in there.
Any help would be appreciated, sorry if this is too vague. I can answer any questions that may help find a solution.
