I was noticing very high temps of about 150-200f after the latest patch on my game (or driver update im not sure which) after a bit my computer came to a screeching halt and crashed to a black screen with brown vertical lines and then turning off.
After rebooting several times on its own after flashing bios eventually it gave me some options and i tried to factory reset it. After it was done and rebooted again itd give me an error "your pc has restarted unexpectedly" with an error called "atihdwt6.sys" which is apparenty an amd audio driver? It is now in the infinite reboot loop.
I cant get to cmd prompt to get to regedit to delete atihdwt6 the only things i CAN do is access bios (which i couldnt do till i took out CMOS battery for 1hr).
Im gonna try booting from the cdrom with a windows repair disk in a bit, and if that doesnt work just gonna get a new hdd. Maybe you guys can tell me something my google searches couldnt. Thanks in advanced.
