I tried everything, i went from changing the Power Plan to changing the registry keys. I tried everything to make my Laptop be faster (overclocking also doesn't work because of the processor). I tried every little thing but my main problem is that the performance dropped all of a sudden, before, i was testing if Fortnite (a pretty new game that requires a powerful PC) and i was getting about 45-70 fps in the game, but now all of a sudden the performance dropped, i don't know if it's because i'm dual-booting Windows with Android or if i installed something that made the Laptop slower but i need to gain it's performance back. Is there a program that overclocks the GPU without the need of the processor? Is there a way i can get this Laptop to the maximum power it can go? I don't care if it catches on fire. This Laptop is a project i'm working on and it is basically a slow looking Laptop and i wan't to shock people by making it as powerful as it can be. I do have a PC and i'm getting a Geforce 1080 soon for it so.. my goal is to make this Laptop as fast as possible.

About the Laptop itself: It's a pretty new HP Notebook 15, it has 4 GB of ram, it is a dual core, it can run games like: Terraria(medium-high), osu!(high), BeamNG Drive(ultra-low), Minecraft(medium) GTA V(ultra-low with lag), Besiege(low), Garry's Mod(high), TF2(medium-low and sometimes even runs on high settings), VRChat(ultra-low), Dirt 4(ultra-low with lag). I also get a ton of lag spikes. The Laptop's model is 15-ay003nq and it is running Windows 7 SP1.

Thanks for reading.
