My brother's PC he's had since about September has begun restarting randomly this week. When playing games or watching YouTube it will suddenly go black then reboot. This occurs maybe once per hour. Windows Event Viewer reports this as a Kernel-Power critical error (41).
Things I've tried: - Checking to see if the computer is getting too hot (it's not)

Running an AIDA64 stress test for 15 minutes - computer was fine and didn't restart

I've heard it could be the power supply, but this PSU is only 8 months old and is a fairly high quality (EVGA - SuperNOVA G2 550W 80+ Gold Certified).
