I have an XPS 15 9560 - the model with a 256gb ssd, 8gb ram, and a i7 7700hq. I'm on the latest update of windows 10, and I've been having some recurrent stuttering issues when I have more than just chrome open. I opened task manager to see this: https://imgur.com/uQOPIls as you can see it says that ~2.8gb of ram takes up 82% of my system memory. Windows doesn't seem to have a problem seeing how much ram is physically installed https://imgur.com/pBgjS3I. Any idea what task manager means, or how to stop the stuttering while multitasking?
