This has been happening ever since I got my PC back from maintenance.
Everytime I turn on the computer, part of the taskbar is unavailable, and the Date and Time is set to 31/12/2004, 00:00 AM. Basically, I need to set the Date and Time manually via the time.windows.com server (the system setting) and then reboot the PC, in order to unlock the taskbar.
Do you have any idea what the problem could be?
