So recently whenever my old laptop gets switched on ( my dad uses it ) our internet turns to nothing. If I am playing a game, I can get upwards of 1000+ ping along with disconnects. Other times the internet just straight goes down so I have to reset the router in order to get it back online.
Everything is up to date on the laptop with no viruses or anything. I have Sky Fibre Broadband unlimited. Average ping is 35~50, download speed is around 12-~15 and upload is 0.50~0.80.
