when i left my computer and returned after idle for 20 minutes I came back to this: https://imgur.com/a/KVQSq To help with this recently i have been getting random restarts on my computer (gaming and or browsing) and now and again sometimes when i boot up my computer and log-on opening any application, folder or anything (task manager, also when pressing Alt, Ctrl & delete) would take minutes to even show or show any side of effect.
I am thinking it could be either a slowly dying GPU or CPU
