I had to have my PC in storage for about a year, took it out, dusted it out, and used it for a few weeks. After this it started having weird visual problems. Horizontal lines cutting out, the screen going black and coming back on, the screen shaking left to right... I figured it was my GPU. I am running an AMD 8320, 16gb of DDR3 ram, and I had a GTX760. I figured the GPU was going out, so I replaced it with a GTX1060 after reinstalling the drivers (and even Windows) and that still hadn't fixed it, but the new GPU seemed to have fixed it all. It's been a few weeks, and it just started again and is getting worse very rapidly. I'm not sure what the issue could be. Any ideas?
Edit: Forgot to mention I'm using a TV as my monitor, which is working perfectly with every other input. So I'm ruling out GPU and monitor, and I feel like it's safe to rule out software but I'm not 100%. It also has its weird visual problems during boot.
Edit 2: Any random utilities I could run to help narrow things down? I restarted my system and it seems to have made the symptoms lesser, and then figured I may as well test some other things. I found Prime95 for stress testing a CPU, and my system seems to not break a sweat with all 8 cores running 100%. This IS a bit of an older system and it was quite dusty for a while. Thoughts on motherboard? PSU?
Edit 3: Figured I'd test what happens when the screen goes black. It cuts out ALL output, audio and video, but the system does not halt. It keeps going, I can type through it, and videos play through it.
