Hey guys, I have a weird issue that I've been unable to figure out or find info about online. I've noticed this issue in many games, including Skyrim, Ghost Recon: Wildlands, PUBG, and now Far Cry 5 (and probably others I'm forgetting as well).
I don't remember this issue happening, and I did get a new GPU rather recently (end of 2016) so it could be related to that, although I can't say for certain.
Basically what happens is that when my camera moves, either through panning with the mouse or moving with WASD, trees, grass, bushes etc. get darker. When I stop moving, they immediately brighten again. It almost seems like a shadow issue or something. It's odd that it doesn't occur in every game as well. I've uploaded a video of it happening in FC5, and I tweak AA, filtering, shadows etc. during the video in an attempt to rule out things like that. I've also fiddled with my monitor and tested on another screen, the issue persists. Also persists regardless of GPU OC settings.

My specs are:
GTX 1070 i5 4690k @ 4.4 Ghz 16 GB RAM
I know it's not the biggest problem, but it's pretty distracting and after spending quite a bit on a gaming PC, little issues like this can be pretty frustrating.
