Hi all, I know this is typically an issue with the PSU. My old one fried and took my whole system with it (it was doing the same thing), took the computer to a shop and they replaced the motherboard, processor, and PSU. They said the GPU was "undetermined." This was about 6 months ago.
The entire time since then, whenever I run a fancy game with the graphics turned up the PC randomly restarts.
Something else worth mentioning is that while my GPU card temperatures are within the range of fine (50 C) the card itself feels very, very hot to the touch and the fans aren't turning on to cool it down. So, I assumed my issue was a faulty GPU which I replaced yesterday (went from a GTX 970 to a 1070), however the issue still persists.
TL;DR Replaced the PSU, Motherboard, GPU, and Processor and still having random shutdowns while running high graphics settings on games. I've also reinstalled the OS several times. Drivers are all up to date as well. Here are my specs:
