Well, as the title says...
I just purchased a new Asus 2 in 1 15.6" 2TB 512GB SSD (Q535U) yesterday. Windows 10.
I had some initial issues setting up Outlook to work with my Rocketmail email address. but once I got that working (or as least to complete the test process and send a test email), I was easily able to also set up my regular yahoo email in Outlook the same way...
BUT.
It will not download any emails.
I have gone into programs and attempted the repair option, which did not help. I'm not sure how to get it to work. I had no problem recently setting up these same two email addresses in Outlook on a different machine lately, they worked easily and flawlessly... Not on this new computer though.
Also, side note, the built in mail program was able to log in effortlessly with these two email addresses (outlook took a bunch of trouble shooting to even pass the test email), however that app also had problems retrieving messages. It did access one address briefly and downloaded a limited number of emails, but that was it.
Have not had this problem with my android phone either.
